Do I need to download any software to play?

How do the bonuses work?
When you play your first casino game and stake at least 10 chips you will qualify for a minimum bonus of 10 free chips. How do I make a deposit or withdrawal?
1. UK Debit Cards (switch, delta, solo and electron icons)

Deposit
Deposits on a UK issued debit card are instant and there are no transaction costs. The minimum deposit is £5.

For security reasons, you can only register one card at a time to your account. Should you wish to change your card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card, unless the existing card has expired, in which case you can register a new card irrespective of your balance. We reserve the right to withhold funds if the cardholder’s name is different from the name on the account.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be made to any value on a UK issued debit card. There are no transaction costs. Please allow 3 banking days for withdrawals to clear into your bank account. In some circumstances we may require our authorisation procedure to be completed before funds are paid back to you.
2. Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa icons)

Deposit
Deposits made on credit cards are instant and there are no transaction costs. The minimum deposit is £5 or currency equivalent.

For security reasons, you can only register one card at a time to your account. Should you wish to change your card, you must first withdraw your balance to the existing card, unless the existing card has expired, in which case you can register a new card irrespective of your balance. We reserve the right to withhold funds if the cardholder’s name is different from the name on the account.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be made to any value on a UK issued credit card. There are no transaction costs associated with credit card withdrawals.

Withdrawals are NOT possible to non-UK issued credit cards. For these cards, payments will be made via a cheque or bank transfer.

Authorisation Procedure
In certain circumstances we may ask you to complete our authorisation procedure before any payment is made to you. In such instances we will require the following:

1. A photocopy of both sides of your credit card clearly showing your signature.

2. A faxed copy of your passport or driving license.

3. Signed authorisation statements for each card deposit that has been made.

You can fund your account by sending any of the above payments to our head office. Funds will not be made available until they have cleared in our account. Please write your name, username and email address clearly on the back of the cheque. Please note that these payment types may take up to three weeks to clear.

Withdrawals

You can request us to send you a bank transfer at any time. Please note that bank transfers will only be sent to a bank account in the same name as that of the betting account.
How long does it take before I get my winnings?
It can take 7-10 days to receive your winnings. Winnings are paid out in the following ways:
- Transfer Back to Switch, Solo, Delta or Electron (takes 3-5 days)
- Transfer back into your credit card (Only to UK issued cards and takes up to 7 days).
- A cheque is sent to you. This will take longer (dependent on postage and bank clearing time).
Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?
Paying taxes on your winnings all depends upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. We do not provide details of individual's net proceeds or losses. This is up to the individual to declare to the proper authorities.
Where is the cashier section or how do I cash out?
Once you have logged into your account you will notice “My Account” option at the top of the screen. A drop down menu will appear when you move the pointer to it and an option to withdraw funds will appear.
I have lost my password, what must I do?
Contact our Customer Support via email or click on the live support facility in the top right hand corner of the site. Supply them with your full name, address, email address (log-in name) as well as the last eight digits of your payment card number, if you are using a payment card.
If I have placed a bet on the table and want to decrease my bet before the hand is dealt, how do I do this?
To decrease your bet, all you need to do is position your mouse over the bet, hold shift on your keyboard and left-click the mouse. This will remove your current bet and place it back into your balance.

How are the odds created for the casino games, and what are my chances of winning?

What is the difference between odds like 5 for 1 and odds like 5 to 1?
